Referral Program Terms | My Speak
These terms apply when you participate in the My Speak referral program.

1. Program Scope
The referral program is available only where My Speak enables it. These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when you create, share, or use a referral code.
2. Eligible Referrals
The referral program is available only to eligible participants age 18 or older in supported countries. A referral reward is earned only after My Speak records a valid referral code before the referred person becomes a paid subscriber, that person completes a qualifying first paid purchase, and the applicable holding period has passed. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, refunded payments, disputed payments, and chargebacks are not eligible.
3. Commission and Availability
Reward amounts, supported countries, eligible plans, attribution window, holding period, and payout minimum are shown in your account when the program is available. Earnings begin as pending and are not available until the applicable hold has ended. Available referral earnings may be subject to a minimum payout threshold before a payout request can be submitted.
4. Changes and Adjustments
A commission may be reduced or reversed when the underlying payment is refunded, disputed, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible. My Speak records these changes as separate accounting adjustments so the original referral record remains auditable.
5. Fair Use
Do not misrepresent My Speak, send unwanted messages, create accounts for the purpose of earning commissions, or use misleading links, ads, or incentives. My Speak may suspend referral participation or withhold ineligible earnings to protect users and the program. Referral terms, supported countries, reward amounts, holding periods, and payout thresholds may be updated prospectively.
